The Mudbugs are an elite travel flag football team based in Ascension Parish, Louisiana. Team members are selected by invitation and represent some of the area’s most dedicated and talented young athletes. As an NFL FLAG tournament team supported by the LA Prospects Flag Football League, the Mudbugs compete against top competition throughout the region and beyond. The program is built on a commitment to excellence, teamwork, discipline, and character, providing players with opportunities to develop their skills while representing their community with pride.
